My package never arrived, what can I do?
Oh no, package is missing. Get in contact with us by email, howdy@feralduds.com or fill out the form below and we will happily help you resolve the issue.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you received your item damaged get it contact with us. We will assess the issue and issue a credit or send a free shirt.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase as long as product is returned in the same condition, i.e. unused or damaged.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you want to modify and the order has gone to print we may need to wait until the package arrives to return or exchange. If you need to cancel an order let us know and we may be able to intercept. We do offer free returns and exchanges as long as product is returned unused or damaged. See shipping and returns
